Basic Provisions
1)These privacy protection rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) regulate the privacy protection of users of SexMiss.com (hereinafter referred to as “SexMiss”) and the handling of users’ personal data.
2) Personal data refers to all information about an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, particularly by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or to one or more specific elements of physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person accessing SexMiss.com (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
3) This Policy is in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the
European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural
persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free
movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, dated April 27,
2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”).
These Principles apply to the data that the operator of SexMiss.com
(hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) collects from Users to
the extent necessary to provide the services of SexMiss.com.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following personal data:
1. Data on behavior on SexMiss.com
For example, user activity on the website or the time spent on a page.
2. Payment data on SexMiss.com
For example, payment information and payer identification.
3. Device data used to access SexMiss.com
For example, hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifier.

For example, IP address, device event information, and cookies.
5. Location data, and only in cases where the user provides such data voluntarily

example, preferred location during registration, preset filters, or
preferred time zone settings. For this purpose, the Administrator may
use the IP address of the device accessing SexMiss.com.
6. Data required for registration on SexMiss.com
Includes contact email address, gender, country, and region.
7. Data voluntarily provided by the user
For example, profile photo, date of birth, height, weight, eye color, hair color, phone number, email, and sexual orientation.
8. Data required for verifying user identity
Includes name, phone number, and email used to verify the user’s authenticity.
9. Data required to verify the user’s age
This
includes a valid personal identification document (identity card or
passport) issued by the relevant authority according to the user’s
nationality.
10. Cookies
These are anonymized data necessary for the proper functioning and optimization of the website.
11. Data that the user sends or uploads together with a photo
For
example, a photo may contain so-called EXIF data, which can include
sensitive user information if not removed before uploading or sending.
12. Data necessary for creating and managing ads on SexMiss.com
This refers to the information provided in an ad, including payment data, ad start and end dates, or possible extensions.
13. Credit data, including uploading and spending
For
example, this includes payment information, credit balance changes,
payments made on the website using credits, and donated credits.
14. Chat data sent or received by the user
Chat data is stored for the purpose of resolving potential issues and ensuring fair and accurate decisions.
Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing
1. The legal basis for processing personal data is:
1. Provision of services by SexMiss.com pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation.
2. The Administrator’s legitimate interest in providing direct marketing pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation.
3. Verification of the User’s age as fulfillment of the Administrator’s
legal obligation pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation.
2. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
1. Provision of Services
This mainly concerns the display of content to Users.
2. Providing Customer Support to Registered Users
Contact information is used by the Administrator for the purpose of providing customer support to registered Users.
3. Content Personalization and Marketing
Provided data is used to tailor displayed content and support related marketing activities.
4. Data Analytics
The Administrator uses metrics such as the number of visitors, page views, or demographic patterns.
5. Functionality and Security
Data
is used to ensure the proper and secure operation of SexMiss.com and to
detect any potential illegal activities or copyright
violations.
6. Compliance
The Administrator may use personal data to enforce the terms and conditions and the rights and obligations arising from them.
Data Retention Period
1. The Administrator retains personal data:
1. for the period necessary to provide services on SexMiss.com,
2. for the duration of the User’s registration,
3. until consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is withdrawn.
2. After the retention period specified in paragraph 1 expires, the Administrator deletes the personal data.
Sharing of Collected Data
1. Some collected data may be shared with third parties in the following cases:
1. Public
If the user does not mark their account as deactivated or deleted, any uploaded content is considered public and publishable.
2. Service Providers
This mainly concerns payment institutions, and is for the purpose of verifying and identifying the payer.
3. Legal Successors
The
Administrator may provide collected data to the legal successor of the
company operating SexMiss.com, or in the event that the company is
divided, partially or entirely dissolved.
4. Protection of Rights
The
Administrator may provide user data for the purpose of protecting
rights, preventing illegal activity, or aiding investigations by law
enforcement authorities.
2. The sole processor of personal data is the Administrator.
Data Subject Rights
1. Users have, among others but not exclusively, the following rights:
1. Right to access collected data (Art. 15 of the Regulation).
2. Right to rectify collected data (Art. 16 of the Regulation).
3. Right to erase collected data (Art. 17 of the Regulation).
4. Right to restrict the processing of data (Art. 18 of the Regulation).
5. Right to data portability (Art. 20 of the Regulation).
6. Right to object to data processing (Art. 21 of the Regulation).
2. To exercise these or other rights listed in the Regulation, to
change settings, or to delete their account, the User can use the
“Settings” section / reason for account deletion in the user account
management area or the contact form on the SexMiss.com website.

If the User exercises their right under Art. 17 of the Regulation to
delete data necessary for registration and identification on SexMiss.com
(e.g., email address and/or phone number), this will also result in the
deletion of the user account associated with that data.
4. If the
User exercises their right under Art. 17 of the Regulation, the User
acknowledges that the deletion process may take up to 6 months due to
the algorithms used on the website and related applications.
Data Processor and Administrator’s Statement
1. The Administrator and data processor is the company DATE s.r.o.,
ID No.: 06701817, with registered office at Braunerova 563/7, ZIP: 180
00, Prague 8 – Libeň, contact email: info@SexMiss.com.
2. No Data Protection Officer has been appointed, in accordance with Article 37 of the Regulation.
3. The Administrator declares that it has implemented all appropriate
technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
4. The Administrator declares that only authorized personnel have access to users’ personal data.
Transitional and Final Provisions
1. By using the SexMiss.com web environment, the User confirms that they have read and fully accept these Policies.
2. Unless otherwise stated, these Policies are governed by the relevant provisions of the Regulation.
3. The supervisory authority overseeing compliance with personal data
and privacy protection is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
4. These Policies are effective as of January 21, 2025.
